We use GoldbarOne for our membership site.  They do all the work of handling memberships, fees, layout, and so on.  You supply the content through a WYSIWYG editor, and they do pretty much everything else.

Other than creating your own using web development software the best bet is to just search for an ecommerce website template where you can sell whatever service or product you wish.

If you are really serious about your project, you should map out the details of your project, and requests bids at elance.com.

You'll go much further with a reliable development team as opposed to third party software that is always getting hacked.
