Create an online group discussion forum

Question

im a 20 yr old boy in an reputed NIT ........in the college i see a lot of of friends of mine excel in group discussion /debate and other oratory skills............i too want to develop the same i am an english medium educated so beginning with this will not be tough but still as the hostel and clg environment is not conducive for this i want to create an online GD group.............can u pls help me track sites or such forums which encourage such things
