Create own site the easy way?

I had come across to this site. http://belajarseolearn.blogspot.com/2008/07/create-your-own-free-website-step-by.html and read post about build a website using free hosting. Is it really easy to create our own site just from web builder?

That site looks a bit fishy. I wouldn't use it.

The easiest kind of a site to build is a blog. Wordpress.com and Blogger.com are good solutions that will have you with your own site for free in less than 10 minutes.

If you have more time on your hands, check out Yahoo! Geocities at Geocities.com. Similar sites are Angelfire.com and Tripod.com
