  1. First, what is a color superconductor? Is there such a thing? the word color here is only a reference to the "color charges" of quarks. So the term "color superconductor" makes NO sense.

    Also, what made you believe that photons even interact with gluons? Gluons are spin-1 bosons with NO electric charge, only color charges. Photons are spin-1 bosons with NO electric charge, and NO color charge. Hence, these 2 particles can not be entangled.
