Create your own barbie doll?

Question

Back when I was a little girl, there was a website where you could design a barbies looks, pick her clothes, chose her profession, her birthday and then you could order her and have her made.

I spent hours designing various barbies...

Now that I'm older (laugh all you want) I want to do it again and actually order a barbie.

Can you still do that these days?

i wish they had that to i wish you could create a barbie doll to look just like you that would be amazing but apparently mattel is not smart enough to use their talents to come up with something like this

 I remember this!  I was looking for it too.  They have a customizable barbie now, but it is not nearly as detailed.  you can't even choose the hair color.  :(  And it's not silly to want to go back and order one now that you can afford it!  I want to as well!

if you know what the website was called then type it into google and see if it comes up it could still be around and if you would order it .it would let the lost little girl in you come out and say to people i amde this barbie doll a one and a kind and make the wishes you wished for when you were little to come true and have a best friend in your life
