I'd take a steamed portobello mushroom, 2 slices of red onions, a giant patty sized pickle, dijon mustard and  red wine vinegar all between heavy leaves of romaine lettuce.

My choices would be guacamole, bacon slices, swiss cheese, American cheese, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapenos, pickles, banana peppers, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, ranch, A1 sauce, mushrooms.

Naturally I wouldn't top my burger with all this at once, but it is a variety I would like to see at a burger bar.
