Created flash video .swf, put up on site and can be viewed by firefox but not ie7?

Question

I created the video using windows movie maker then converted it to a .swf file. Using Dreamweaver I inserted the video. Previewed in Mozilla firefox, everything is fine. No video appears in Internet Explorer. Any advice? IE7 is up to date with Flash player 9 installed.

I always use Video to Flash Converter to convert my video files to FLV/SWF files. Then upload the converted FLV files to my website and blog.
