  1. It dousn't make a difference unless the quantity is different. capsules are easy and don't taste horrible

  2. take the pills. Personally, i use the creatine 189 monohydrate brand. it works extra well, and is absorbed rapidly.  It increases strength with 1/5 the dose of ordinary creatine. also, its tasteless and quick to take- no stirring, etc.  The powder works, but u need more of the powder to equal the 189 monohydrate brand, and also it takes FOREVER to make- like stirring every day gets old, and you lose your motivation. no joke.  I look forward to creatine for its health benefits, but protein shakes I hate making- they take too long. its like brushing your teeth or cutting your toenails. you have to, but its BORING.

  3. it is the same thing but it depends on how lfast you want it to work think of creatine like asprin if you take the pill it will need time to disolve and if you chewwed it it would instantly start to hit your  system same with creatine. if you take it at home and it takes you more than 30 min to get to the gym then use pills if less time use powder. i think powder is usually cheaper to. and it doesnt really taste like much your suppoosed to mix it with juice or yogurt. you wont even taste it
