I'm looking to create sailor costumes for a dance I'm choreographing in which all of the dancers are pretending to be male sailors. I already have a white sailor hat taken care of, but I need some ideas for a sailor shirt.
I want something that looks like your typical sailor shirt, white with navy or something similar, but it has to be cheap! The maximum spending money per costume is very low, so does anyone have any ideas on where I could buy these sailor shirts for relatively cheap? The only things I can find online are the complete costumes, which are too expensive. Or, is there any way I can take a different shirt and make it look like a sailor shirt?
