If you know the concept of statego or risk (wargames)

and monopoly ( is economy theme) you can mix these two concepts with questions quiz (= education) and in the quiz theme during the game you can put all the other themes you like.

You could make a game similar to Taboo, where you have lists of words related to each topic, and the player has to get his teammates to say the given word or phrase without using any of your listed "taboo" words.

A game like Trivial Pursuit might also be good, especially if you want it to be a learning activity.
