can someone tell me how to create a link from youtube to here?

If you mean have a link on a site leading to a video, then you can just highlight the url in the address bar and paste it onto a site, but if you want to have text that leads to the video on a website you would use <a href='http://Youtubelink.com'>Text</a href>, or if you want to place the link on forums you would use [url=youtubelink.com]Text[/url], though on some forums the a href method works, it just depends on how the host designed the site.
