Creating a website heading with flash animation?

Question

If you go to www.yahoo.co.uk (yahoos main search page for the uk) notice the yahoo logo at the top of the page. You can see that they have placed the olympic logo in an animated flash around the Yahoo logo. I'm trying to do something like this for my site but i've had no luck. Any person answering this (with something helpful of course) would be greatly worshipped.

You can make flash animation with Toufee.  It's fun and moderately easy.
