Creating websites having little to no knowledge

Question

all i know is html and css, but i am wondering if there is a program out there that i can download where i can create the site using a program VISUALLY and then just get the code, and export it!

please help.

bro, i think u can use www.weebly.com which doesnt hav any coding, but u can make u r website visually and free....
