I've always had trouble saying no to people. Why do I feel obliged at the instant and feel sorry afterwards?

  1. If you really want to help them, then "ask" a question instead of giving an answer. That will make them think and be less dependent on you.

  2. learning to say no means you learn to disagree. people get angry when you say no because maybe you 'disagree' with their opinions/ideas. do not be afraid to say no there's no trouble at all. i learned to say no to my friend once but the part that when you feel sorry is when the person youre saying no to doesnt like your reaction. try saying no nicely its okay to be sorry. hope this helps!

  3. Creation comes when you learn to say no

THIS LINE IS SAID BY THE FAMOUS MUSIC STAR,MADONNA.

THE MEANING GOES LIKE THIS :==

WHENEVER PEOPLE TRY TO IMPRESS OTHERS, AND DO AS THEY WANT THEM TO DO,THEY NEVER LIVE LIFE.THAT'S WHY WHEN WE SAY NO IT GIVES US THE COURAGE TO DO SOMETHING GOOD IN FUTURE.

HENCE WHEN WE DO SOMETHING,WE OBVIOUSLY CREATE SOMETHING NEW.

  4. no means no

  5. What do you mean "creation".   Are you saying god spit out "NO", instead of "let there be light"?

I'm confused.  Here's how you do it -- NOOOOOO.

  6. Just say no. It's a great feeling when you do it and realise you're in control of your own destiny!

The first time is the hardest. After a while you begin to enjoy saying no to people and watching their faces fall. ;-)
