Creative Fundraising Ideas?

I am raising money for my drama class, because we have no funds for next year. I need an idea for a way to earn some money, with out sending alot of it.

Please can some one help!

Give away $100 free gas certificates for donations of say, $15 or more.  or $300 in free gas for a $20 dollar donation. Your class will clear at least $5-10 per donation, after the tickets are paid for, and it's something that everyone can appreciate, with the gas prices continuing to go up.

My neighbor did it for his soccer team and made close to $5000 in about 2 weeks!  It's something that everyone seems to need now.

U can do a sort of Auction where people bid on ur drama class' people so they can have a day with them.  :3  Thats what they did at my school, but instead it was a trip to build a school in a 3rd world country.

battle of the bands at your school,, try and get as many bands as you can and then charge 5 dollars at the door... give the winning band $200 and a trophy.. thats only 40 people showing up. the rest goes to the drama club
