Creative Zen showing multiple names on my mp3 player ???

Hi,

I just bought a Creative Zen mp3 player and for some reason, when I edit the name of my songs (artist, genre, album...ect...) , my player won't pick it up properly. I can have 2 or 3 different "Beatles" under artist, yet, they are spelled EXACTLY the same way. (capital letter, space, eveything is the same)

I used to have the same problem with my Creative Zen V Plus but I was always able to make it work after doing some copy & paste while editing the songs info.

Anyone has a solution ??? thanks

i dont have a zen, although i may be getting one soon cuz i rly want one, but i think this might solve the problem: go to my computer, then select the zen. There might be some folder with music. Right-click the files and flip through the two tabs, you can enter the information there. it should work then....again i dont have a zen so i dont know the exact steps of accessing its drive. Basically, access the music files of the zen and then right click and select properties and ther you can change everything. Hope i helped!
