You can do a degree an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at Portsmouth University in Creative Writing.

Alternatively if you aren't looking for a qualification you can study it yourself from books and there are some websites that can help too. The best books I've read that help budding writers are: Self editing for fiction writers and Solutions for writers.
