Why when I connect my Zen to my PC it is not recognized, I know it's working as I use it in work.

  1. I had the same problem, i couldn't fix it. i would just buy a new mp3.

    it will save you a lot of time and frustration


  2. Did you read the instructions? You had to install the CD in your computer before plugging your Zen in!
