Creature under the bridge?

i was at this website and just looking at this picture then i notice something, idk what it was so i scroll down and there this were creature hiding in the background u can kinda see it but the weird thing is there this car accident right around were this creature was so that leave me woundering.

if u don't believe me go to google than write ghost pic click on the first one and it they'll be all this stuff but click on the the one creature under the bridge i need answer to dis picture
