It is difficult to say which school is the most respected as there are a number of different criteria people use to make their decisions. As long as you make sure that any college you consider is regionally accredited you should be dealing with a credible institution. I would recommend contacting the schools directly to find out more information about their specific programs and then I would way that with their reputation among potential employers in your desired field(s).
