Credit Card???? Please Help me!?

I'm a newly immigrant and i want to build a good credit. What do you think is the best credit card for me?

If you are a student, start with a student credit card. Otherwise try Capital One. They have great rates and rewards!

There is no real "best" card for building credit.  The importance is in paying the bills on time and never late.  This is essential whether you get a Mastercard, VISA, gas or department store card.

Get a secured credit card by depositing cash with the bank (credit card co.) and they will set your credit limit at the amount deposited.  This way they are secure in getting paid and you are establishing credit with a good payment record.  

You must be paying on the account for a minimum of 6 months to affect your credit score, and ALWAYS pay more than the minimum payment.  They look for that too.

Capital One, use it for every day things, never exceed 30% of your credit limit and always pay in full before the due date.
