Credit Reporting?

The bank fianancing my car has not reported my credit in the last year. When I refinanced with them they told me they were working on it. It has been a year now and nothing has been done. Maenwhile I make my payments promptly in the last year. What do I do. I need the credit?

  1. There is nothing you can do to force your bank to report.

    There are no Federal laws that require this except for mortgages.

    Actually a lot of small banks do this for a very good reason and that is to keep their customers captive.

    As long as they do not report the customers have no choice except to keep going back to their bank for loans.
