Credit card I never use but I am being charged for it

My aunt have a sears credit card she never used the card but she still has to pay the blancle on it

It's not really clear what you mean. Has she ever spent money on the card? If not - why is there a balance at all? Has someone used her card without her knowledge?

Are you sure the card doesn't have an annual fee?  If it has an annual fee or a monthly fee it costs money just to have the card even if it's never used.

Please explain why there is a balance if she never used it.  If it is an annual fee, tell her to call them and ask them to close the card.  There's no need to keep a credit card that isn't used if they charge an annual fee.
