Credit card cancelled?

i made a pymt on the 3rd of november then icancelled my check card 3 weeks ago (12 of november) and still it does not show on my acc. the lady was having problems with her machine that day is there any way she can charge it again without me having to go to the store or give her my new info on my new card?

No, I think if you want to keep your payments up you will have to give her either you new info or make a payment another way (such as by cash, check, or money order).

I closed a checking account with them. They then proceeded (three weeks later) to charge my closed account with a service charge which then tacked on an insufficient funds charge (because there were no funds in the closed account). This went on for three months (without my knowledge, without any statements) until I received a bill from a collection agency.

Long story short, I had to have my lawyer handle this before they finally admitted it was their error and to call off the collection agency.

I hope you don't have to go through the same thing. If so, they are nothing but thieves hoping you'll take the easy way out and give them more (unearned) money.
