  1. If this fraud person has any of your accout, credit card inf, personal info or anything at all!!! Then yes ... that is why many spammers ( mostly nigerians) send spam to emails with links for you to fill out information. Then when they get it and you dont realize what they just did, then they will drain you dry. Be careful!

  2. No they cannot...they'll be regulated by the same limitations you are. You can't take out more money than is in your account so they can't

  3. no. if they try to take over a certain amount of money ( 750-1000) which is not normal for you to spend. the company will reject it for your sfety. my dad just bought me a 1000 pitching machine on his credit card, and before he could buy it he had to clear it with the credit card company, because they rejacted it. they are very safe when it comes to things like that

  4. One can max out a credit card and bank account with over the limit and bank overdrafts. If this is not you who did this, and you did not authorize it, you would not be responsible if you report it as soon as you suspect it.

If anyone attempts to commit credit fraud, identity theft, etc., it is "conspiracy" to commit those crimes.

If anyone actually does this, it is a felony. If taking money out of a bank account without legal authorization, it is another felony, bank and wire fraud. Figure 5-20 years depending on any criminal history.
