Credit card i can use the day i apply?

i need a credit card to be able to get my cell phone plan put on

is there a card i can apply for online and actually start using it the day that i apply for it?

Keep in mind that even if you'll be able to use your card number right away, you might not be able to use it everywhere as you will not have the 3 digit security code. It is possible though that the issuers will allow you to generate a virtual account though. I'm positive Discover has it, not sure of the other instant approval card's issuers

none like it....if you open up a cd account at the bank you can!!!

Ill try to help!  Your best bet is the instant approval credit cards.  They will speed things up.  if you use applyfastbankcards to apply you will get paid, they pay up to $90 per card.  I got $50 when i got my Discover More card.  Good luck:)
