Credit card merchant if I have no credit?

I've been looking up and down but I get rejected because I have no credit. I'm on Paypals blacklist for god knows what so that is out of the question. Ideas?

I don't what there policies are... but have you tried alert pay. They are new on the scene. Check to see if you can access them. I've included a link to this payment processor. As a source.

If Paypal has blacklisted you I don't think you have a chance with any other company. As far as I know Paypal is pretty lenient.
