Credit card problem?

I just ordered a treadmill from walmart. I have a mastercard credit. Usually after i order sumthing a HSBC secure thingy pops up and i got gotta type in a password. Why didnt it this time? Did i enter a wrong card number. If so how do i cahnge it on walmart.com????

Your best bet would be to call customer service at Wally World and if that doesn't fix it, you can call your credit provider.

Personally, I would cancel the sale and try again.

Is this something special set up by your credit card company?  Call them and ask.  

I've never heard of a password requirement.  Normally the 3-digit number on the back of the card is all the site asks.
