Can someone in Egypt apply for a credit card? like to buy a plane ticket to move here? what is a great website with cheap airline tickets from assiut egypt to usa? any info please help me :)

Direct your credit card question to the many credit card granters found online.  Regarding your flight get a travel agent to locate you an unpublished fare for the best rate.  You will pay a commission to the agent but the fare will be considerably lower than published.  Also fly Mon-Thurs. Flights are generally higher on the weekends.
