Credit cards with rebates to charitable causes?

does anybody know of a credit card company that offers cards with rebates to charitable organizations like heifer international, green peace, etc.?

Yes, it's called Working Assets.  They offer credit cards and other services and they have donated more than $60 million to various causes.  Members of Working Assets can nominate their favorite organizations and vote on who gets funding.
