I have $65,000 in credit debt...I have been making my payment for the last 4 years but due to lack of work, I no longer am able to make my payments. I still have 7500 credit score (which is great)...I don't want to declare bankruptcy...any suggestions?

  1. if you have a 750 score, you may be able to get a home equity loan for that amount and pay off the 65000 which is probably at 18% APR and pay off the fixed loan. in the end, you have to pay it like it or not.

  2. You can go to debt consolidation company. They can suggest you various plan to get out of debts. They can guide you better as they would first analyze your situation, your amount of debts and income and based upon that they will provide you with plans.

Here is the source of a debt consolidation company named http://ezconsolidation.com for your reference.
