  1. The bankrupt needs to take some responsibility, and misleading lenders of HP companies is against the terms of your bankruptcy. Remember, borrowing, and an inability to repay it, is what made you bankrupt in the first place.

  2. it is a criminal offence for a bankrupt not to tell a lender he his bankrupt.  After he is discharged then it is only fraud if the lender asks and he say no. if they do not ask he has no worries.

however, in any circumstance the person taking out the HP agreement is responsible for the payments. A former bankrupt defualting on payments is not a good thing as a 2nd bankruptcy will come with restrictions that couls last 10 years.

    so the bankrupt is responsible.

  3. You are since you know your situation. Don't try to swindle anyone. One bankruptcy sucks the life out of your finances, one more will kill it.

  4. If an undischarged bankrupt applies for credit he must declare the bankruptcy to the lender. Failure to do so constitutes a criminal offence!

  5. no credit is allowed not even a bank account if you try for credit you are the one that will be in trouble

  6. the person who takes out the credit since it was not included in the bankruptcy petition
