  1. yes  you  are  right...statute  of  limitation  is  seven  yrs  and  then  it  get  erase  


  2. Depends on what your talking about.

    If it's derogatory accounts they fall off after 7.5 years anyway so you don't need to worry about them. If it's good accounts why would you want to remove them?

    I have accounts showing on my credit that are well over 10 years old but they are all good accounts.
