Credit score question? Please help.?

Me and my husband are married and he's very ill. He hasn't paid for many things that are on his credit such as a leased car, some furniture and other things. I was wondering, if he passed away, would I have to pay for the things he didn't pay for?

They will first try to collect anything they can from the estate. Then you will need to pay any remaining debts, but only if the accounts were joint.
