Creeeepy neighbors?!

Question

I have a pretty creepy neighbor who watches me from his window and when i catch him staring, he will close the blinds and turn the light off like it was nothing. The other day it was 2am and i looked out my window and he was staring into mine and then turned his light off again. He also curses at me and my friends when he feels like it. What do i do?

Make sure that you have privacy blinds/curtains. Ignore his creepy behavior and avoid him as much as possible.
