  1. As said: The ouija board isn't game. As in all magic, you have to believe in it to work, but it is a very powerful tool of your DIY magus.

But if you like that sort of thing:

  2. in a ps2 game its called project zero its sooooo good i love it

    theres 3

project zero 1 project zero 2 and project zero 3

  3. say bloody mary 3 times in a dark room(eyes shut) in front of a mirror..then you r supposed to see her in the mirror when you open ur eyes...then..mary is supposed to come and kill you in ur sleep

  4. i dont know any others but if you like thing like that there are lots of sites that will tell you things like that if you use google with terms like:

    scary board games

    like the ouija board

    etc

  5. Well, the thing is, Ouija isn't a game.  I know other people will give you the 'its satan's tool' or whatnot.  But that's not the issue.  There are no rules, no winner, no loser.  No competition, no tactics, not really much of a point.  What kind of game is that?

So, here are some actual GAMES that are a bit creepy in one way or another:

Last Night On Earth, the Zombie Game:  The dead have risen - and want to eat the living!  Some of the players control the heroes trying to survive against the zombies, while others control the shambling creatures.  Using dice and cards, heroes search for the weapons and tools they need to survive.  A very fun, exciting and fairly easy to play game for 2-6 player (best with 4 or 6, but it works fine with 2).

Werewolf (or Werewolves or Miller's Hollow, or Lupus in Tabula):  Ok, you need a bigger group for this one.  You can play with 5 people, but for your first games 9 is better.  A great party game (and a public domain game - you can download the rules for free) where players are secretly assigned roles of werewolves or villager.  The villagers must figure out who the werewolves are...before its too late.  Play by candlelight with appropriate spooky music for best effect!

Arkham Horror - This may not be the best game if you've only played stuff like Monopoly before; its got a lot of rules and a lot of stuff going on.  But its a great game; players take on the role of investigators trying to stop horrific forces from beyond space and time (based on the work of HP Lovecraft).  Its a cooperative game - the players all work as a team against the game, and it can be very spooky and tense - especially as time is running out and the board is filling with monsters!  Plays best with 2 players (playing 2 investigators each preferably).

If you can find it, Betrayal at the House on the Hill is good - a suspenseful and spooky game set in a haunted house, where one player will turn against the others.  Be sure to print out the updated and fixed rulebooks from the Avalon Hill website though.

So, if you wanted an actual GAME, hopefully any of these suggestions help.

  6. I don't know of any game to play besides the ouija. But, you should know, the ouija isn't simply a 'toy'. You should be careful.
