Crest white strips HELP?

i used them twice. yesterday and today. & now i started having this weird feeling like in my gums or something. it kinda hurts but it feels really sensative and its annoying. what can i do to get rid of it? & why is it doing this?

It's the peroxide on the dental strips that cause irritation to your gums.  Try using the dental strips them every other day to reduce irritation.

The peroxide in the bleach can irritate your gums and also your teeth. Try to use them only once a day for a while and see if that helps. My dentist also recommended that I rub sensitivity toothpaste on my teeth and gums and let it sit for a while (30min-1hr) and it may help.
