Crest white strips???

Question

my teeth could use a little whitening.

some people have told me that crest white strips work but i'm not so sure. so my question is do they really work? and i've herd that it makes your teeth sensative and stuff. is that true??? and if it is does it hurt??? and for how long do you have to use them for them to work???

They have worked for me. I used them immediately after I had my braces off, 4 years of braces can do alot of staining.  I actually use two separate sets. The 1st was the original crest white strip. It whitened my shade but it was still in the yellowish stage.  2nd set was more powerful. I used it and was satisfied with the result.  I'm a guy so I have to be careful not get it too white, just enough to look its natural color.

I've had people tell me my teeth "glowed" in the dark (haha)
