In a historic day in world of cricket, Pakistani players, Salman Butt and Mohammad Asif have been found guilty over their involvement in spot-fixing with a 10-2 verdict by the jury.
Butt has been found guilty on accounts of conspiracy to cheat, obtain and accept corrupt payments, and could face jail sentence of up to seven years.
Asif could face a jail term for up to two years after being found guilty of conspiracy to cheat. The judge will announce his final ruling in the coming days.
