Devendra Bishoo has said that he had a major responsibility ahead of him being the main spinner on the West Indies tourist side against the Bangladeshi hosts, at the just concluded triumphant Test outing between the two teams.
“As the main spinner in the team, I knew I would be called upon to do the job on the final day of the Test match. Spinners usually come into play later in the match, so I figured out what my game plan would be and I’m very happy it all worked out in the
end,” said Bishoo after earning his maiden haul of 5 wickets during the final day of the match.
The win wrapped up a series win for the West Indian roster, which had previously earned a 2-1 One Day International (ODI) victory against the Asian Tigers.
