Apparently the accident happened when the spinner was trying to cook. He, however, is confident that he would be fit for Saturday’s game.
Cameron White, who is the captain of Warne’s side, has expressed faith in the star performer and believes that Warne would be playing in their first game of the season.
“I saw his hand and I saw the pic on Twitter as well - it's one of those things, it looks a lot worse than probably what it is. He said to me in the rooms before that he's pretty sure he'll be able to bowl on Wednesday and 100 per cent confident he's going to play on Saturday as well,” said White.
