India avenged their disastrous summer in England this year by beating England in the
first One Day International (ODI) of the five-match series at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad, India on Friday, October 14, 2011.
India won the match by 126 runs after posting a mammoth total of 300 runs against a decent English bowling attack.
