Cricket Phone Service Phone Number?

Been of the phone with the 1800cricket and its not getting me anywhere. Bought a phone, did not get it activated because it would not let me and I received a paper bill today for $2.60. I can't find a person to talk to. I found a website that has tons of complaints about them.

Yea, Cricket has HORRIBLE customer service and I wouldnt suggest ever using them.  They are very expensive too and use sneaky maerketing tactics
