After the series ended there was much talk in the Pakistani media about the tour being one of the worst in the history of Pakistan cricket. There was much controversy about Mohammed Yusuf replacing http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Khan-c71319 as Captain. The rivalry between current captain

The butt butted in all guns blazing when both Mohammed Yusuf and Yunus Khan were banned indefinitely and senior players like Rana Naved-ul-Hasan, Shoaib Malik, Kamran Akmal and Shahid Afridi were fined. Malik and Naved-ul-Hasan were also banned for one year.
Earlier the Pakistani players were also not given clearance to play the IPL and later they were sidelined by the franchises.
In the midst of all the fiasco, the team geared up again for the Asia cup and appeared in their first venture against Sri-Lanka on June 22 with two debutants both in the upper batting order. The result was not too pleasing as the inexperienced upper order
succumbed to the pressure of the 243 run chase. In fact, it was only Shahid Afridi who managed to revamp his image after the ball chewing episode. He made a wonderful century but failed to finish the game for his team as he didn’t have much support either
from the other batsman, only two of the top five managed to reach double figures.
