Cricket Update: South Africa chokes against India
Team India is ranked one in the ICC test ranking. Coming to South Africa with hopes, Team India was thrashed in the first Test Match by an innings and 25 runs. The match would be remembered for Jacques Kallis first ever double century and fiftieth century
of Sachin Tendulkar. Team India was highly criticised however, they bounced back nicely in Durban for the second test match and levelled the series 1-1.
Team India celebrated their win after they won the match by 87 runs. This was the last match of the year 2010 for both the teams and Team India ended it on a high note. It was well fought victory for the visitors. Unlike the first match, batsmen performed
resiliently and all the bowlers chipped in with the wickets.

to restrain Team India. India gave the target of 303 and apparently, that was not much for the home team. South Africa in the chase started off in a convincing manner before the captain Graeme Smith got out for 37 off 38 balls. After that, wickets kept on
dismissing at regular intervals. Team India bowled well however couple of South Africa players gave away their wickets cheaply. South Africa kept losing their players one by one and got out for 215. The stumps were plucked in the end, high fives all around
and Team India kept on embracing their fellow men as they left the Kingsmead victoriously.
