I've tried gripping my top hand harder, but the bat still seems to turn. Are there any ways in which I could sort this out?

  1. Well assuming you have a good grip on the bat and a good quality gloves i think the problem is with your timing. If the problem is with your timing you will also feel a vibration in your hand...You are either too early or too late on the shot...Practice on your timing

And one more thing don't follow what the rules say if you are comfortable with your grip continue it, changing it will only make matter worse...If it was so Malinga and Sohail tanvier shouldn't be in international cricket, they aren't orthodox

  2. simple. keep your grip and use a good pair of gloves. very simple!

  3. bring the thumbs round a bit more. This means more of the bat is gripped by the hands

  4. just play with hard ball

    get injury

and next time u'll play automaticly

  5. You could get a new grip, or try and get some Grip Gloves.

  6. use a good pair of gloves. they might not be cheap, but its worth the price. or u can use some tight rubber for the grip. hold the bat as far as possible from the blade. or u can use Adam Gilchrists method of using a squash ball!

  7. well sometimes you can use this as an advantage.. for some shots hold both hands bit more firm or try getting a heavy bat plus sometimes let your wrist do the work and use it for you advantage beacuse if you use good wrist work then the ball will be better struck plus very clever and hard to judge for fielders and opposite captain to deal with
