Crime intentions by the persons saying?

what are the intentions of crime by the person saying of words

1) (ask someone on the road whats in their food bag they are holding) and then you say wrong answer

2) pull someone in a dark alley and demandingly say give me your money

3)a person went to a store after its closing time and said I need something but does not have money to buy it and tells another person to unlock the door. whats the intent when the person say I need something but without money for buying it

  1. From what you are saying.  #2 and #3 could be construed as ROBBERY which is theft or larceny by force, fear, or intimidation of bodily harm.  #1 is more like a public disturbance.... possibly an ordinance violation.  The other two are FELONY VIOLATIONS.  If they get you or the person wants to put you down and file charges.... get used to saying, "BUBBA, NOOOOOOOO!!!!!" for the next 5 to 7 years.

    2.  Attempted strong armed robbery (at this point)

    3.  None

    No crime has been committed yet for 1&3.
