Criminal Damage advice?

I saw one of my neighbor's bump another neighbors car but a guy I really hate is being blamed and i am delighted for him !!! However its morally wrong should I tell my neighbor the truth ? The guy being blamed is a real a*****e always scaring kids and stuff I'm thinking of saying I saw him doing it ha ! Answers please

If you don't tell that is wrong. However if you do tell then you get yourself mixed up in the situation because you are witness to the accident. You can even be made to go to court if the need arises howeever I don't think it will get that far. Plus if you tell the other guy will now hate for snitching. It's a lose lose situation. If's up to you what you do. I would want someone to tell me if that happened to my car. If you really hate him then don't say anything and let him be the fall guy. However if you said you saw him did it when it wasn't him that is crossing the line and lying and causing more friction between the two of them especially when you know it's not true is not morally right and karma is a ***** you don't want coming back to you.  I can't tell you what you should do as I don't know none of the people involved what I can tell you is what are the possible consquences.

   Think about This..........If you saw someone get killed and a Guy you didn't like was Accused, arrested and put in jail........would you let the killer go free?
