Not all crimes are the same and not all crimes are actually wrongdoing (such as smoking pot).

There needs to be separate jails for separate offenses and only health care facilities for drug addicts.

Make selling drugs a criminal offense but make using drugs require a "non-criminal" health check up in order to prevent a downward spiral of depression and further drug use from the trauma of jail and stigma of a criminal record.

Jail is nothing but a congregation of criminals & best place to work out their plans as they are illegally supplied with mobiles. Also very confidential & safe place. Even the law can't do anything as they are lodged in jail & there will be no proof of his involvement in the crime.

u no y becouse jail is life behind bars u can get any thing u want drugs s*x weopons an they use conversary to barter for drugs s*x ... they make the weopons in jail.... gang activity in jails also lead to violance one gang against another but most jails got gang units where they put the diffrent gangs but in some they are in a mixed community so the crimes still happan
