Crinkle material in baby toys?

Does anyone know what material is in baby toys that makes the crinkle noise? It's paper-like, but doesn't seem to rip or lose its shape.

  2. My son's toys say it's cellophane also. He LOVES those types of toys! Keeps his attention for quite a while.

  3. its celophane i think you can get it from newsagents in australia.
